  • Large ball attachment: The larger diameter provides a less intense experience and is ideal for targeting larger muscle groups like the back, chest, and hamstrings.
  • Fork attachment: The prongs on the fork can provide a deeper more focused experience on areas such as the back of your neck, Achilles tendon, and forearm.
  • Bullet attachment: This advanced attachment is great for micro-targeting individual vertebrae along your spine, in between your toes, and the bottom of your foot.

Two Main Techniques

  • Pin & Stretch:  This technique is used to help stop overactive muscles from firming as much. With this technique, you can also pin a trigger point and mobilize the associated joint (wrist, ankle, knee hip, elbow, shoulder, and neck)
  • Glide Technique:  This technique is performed by sliding with moderate force until you feel knots or pain then treating the area using a press & release or cross-friction pattern

Attachments

  • The Wedge: The wedge is designed for short or long tissue glides to improve blood flow and neurological connectivity to the fascia that is tight, causing weakness or limited range of motion
  • The Thumb: The thumb is literally like digging your thumb into your muscle. Small, smooth yet incredibly strong, The Thumb is great for getting deep into the knots for a pin & stretch as well as easy to control for tissue glides on any area of your body
