To return an item, we request that you first contact us Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Any product you return must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Any product containing an unlock QR code must have the QR code in tact and included in the return. Any digital features unlocked through the QR code will be revoked upon completion of the return. Please keep the receipt.
